Life is anything but “black or white”.
Sometimes we become overwhelmed by positive or negative emotions. In those moments, we cannot find the good within the bad, nor the bad within the good. Therefore, we believe we are either 100% happy or 100% sad.
If you have ever suffered from depression, you know that getting better is an every day struggle. You also know that we always live on the edge of falling back.
