Whether you are making breakfast for your family or are out for brunch with friends… If you suffer from food allergies, this time of the day can quickly get very frustrating. Not only is it hard to find anything safe to eat, but if like me you are allergic to eggs, dairy-intolerant, and have oral allergy syndrome, the healthy options are also extremely limited. But that doesn’t mean you are not hungry or that you don’t want to partake in all the socializing and fun of sharing a meal with people you care about. This is why I wanted to share my go-to recipes with you!

In addition to being safe for most people, these breakfast and brunch options are healthy, cheap, and easy to make. I use ingredients that are usually available all year long in most supermarkets. You won’t need to go to a specialty store.
