Do you suffer from allergies or know someone who does?

My name is Allison and I am here to help you!

Since the summer of 2013, I have been diagnosed with 90% of all environmental allergies in my area; oral allergy syndrome (OAS) with anaphylaxis; food intolerances; and the latest asthma.

At first, it was truly overwhelming and very difficult to manage.

Although an allergy or intolerance directly impacts your respiratory and/or digestive systems, it can also affect your overall health, your mood, your finances, your lifestyle, and even your relationships. In addition, external factors can make it worse.
So, when you are newly diagnosed and are told to take your meds and stay away from your allergen(s), you actually also have to take into consideration:

  • Stress
  • Negativity
  • Unhealthy food
  • Climate change
  • Bad relationships
  • Terrible lifestyles
  • and Everything in excess

I am not saying this will necessarily happen to you, but it did happen to me and many others.

So what did I do?

In order to feel better, I had to make radical changes to both my diet and lifestyle. It took me a long time, but my life is now much more serene, happier, and healthier in every way. And this is what I want YOU to experience as well!

This is how Miss Allergist came to life

Miss Allergist is my way of organizing everything I have learned and implemented over the years. My way of saving you the trouble of having to read through hundreds of websites and articles, so you can find relief in all aspects of your allergy life right here right now!
